I provide mobile matwork and Pilates experiences across Brisbane, Queensland and surrounding areas. These sessions are completely tailored to you whether that be mindful, calm and connected, or high-vibe, heart racing energy.

  • If you're a newcomer to the Pilates method and what to have some tailored practice, a 1-1 session or series is a great place to start. Here you'll learn the foundations and develop body-awareness while getting guidance on technique specific to your body, and your needs. Perfect for pre and post-natal bodies, as well as any injuries that require a tailored approach.

  • Private small group classes are great for couples or groups who want to workout together and still get that tailored, 1-1 adjustments. These sessions can have up to 10 people in them.

  • Improve employee well-being by offering structured pilates sessions at your workplace. Perfect to kickstart a new working week, or end the day with a high. These classes can be held on-site or at a location of your choice, and can be scheduled before, during, or after work hours to accommodate different company needs. 

  • Ease into your celebration with some mindful and calming movement, or get the party started with a high-energy endorphin pumping workout. Whatever the celebration, let’s work together on the vibe, the focus and most importantly the playlist to create the perfect addition to your event.

  • Whether it be for a product launch or wellness festival with 500 attendees, I can create a class that is perfect for all-bodies.

Hi! I’m Keisha

Hi my name is Keisha, pronounced like the food (Quiche-a)

I’m an ex-dancer turned fitness instructor teaching Pilates, Barre, Reformer and Cycle classes here in Brisbane! Pil Lattés was created with the goal to share my love of movement and make it accessible to absolutely everyone! Whether you’re a seasoned pro, or new to fitness and want to try out classes with no commitment — or you just want a way to step outside, move your body and connect with others, Pil Lattés is here for you!

Fun facts about me:

  • Iced Long Blacks are my coffee of choice all year round. We live in QLD, there is no need for a hot coffee ever.

  • Tap is my favourite style of dance and I don’t think it gets nearly enough of the love it should

  • On days off you’ll find me being an absolute blob at home, most likely watching Friends for the 1000th time, a fun drink in hand and coming up with another DIY project

  • I have a cat named George who is the absolute light of my life

  • I clearly don’t know how long 10 seconds actually is…..
